Our Studio and Products
At the moment we are accepting payment through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, JCB, and PayPal. This includes both credit cards and debit cards.
During the checkout process, select “Credit Card” in the Payment section.
When you select “Complete Order” on the next screen, you will be taken to our credit card processor, 2Checkout, to complete your order. Your order details, including shipping and billing addresses, will be pre-populated so you can review one more time. Move through the payment screens to complete the order.
You will be returned to the Verlein website once your order is complete.
Yes, you can also send payment directly to our EUR or CZK bank accounts via wire transfer or bank transfer. Simply choose the "Bank Transfer" option in the Payment section of the checkout process. You will receive an invoice by email with payment instructions. You can also us the below transfer information:

Please let us know! If something is going wrong, please email email@example.com right away and we will get on the problem, or try another payment option such as PayPal. You can also choose the “Bank Transfer” payment option to get your order through and we can resolve the payment issues afterward. In any case, we'll make sure to fix the problem or find a solution!
Yes you can. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your first order number. Then make another order for your missing item(s). We will then combine shipments and make sure you are not charged double for any shipping.
Please note this will only work until we have shipped your order. Once your order ships, you will have to make a completely new order.
If you wish to cancel an order, please email email@example.com with a message that you want to cancel your order. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it, although it may take a few days for the cancellation to reflect in your payment account depending on your method of payment.
If your order has shipped then you must make a return.
All our of products come in a dust bag and high-quality gift box, and are packed in tissue paper. You will also receive a hard-copy of the invoice.
All orders for in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Note that if you place an order after 12pm on a Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday (or next business day in the event of holidays).
You will be provided with a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Delivery time varies depending on the destination. Please refer to our Shipping page for estimated shipping times for your country.
For most destinations outside of the Czech Republic, your order will be shipped via DHL Express. Shipments within the Czech Republic will most likely ship with PPL, a local partner of DHL. Please refer to the Shipping Page for more details for your country.
Orders shipped within the EU should not attract any additional Customs or Duties charges.
Orders shipped to the United States that are less than US$800 in value will typically not attract any Customs or Duties charges.
For orders shipped outside of the EU, any Customs or Duties charges that may be levied in the country of destination are outside of our control. You may be contacted by our shipper if any customs duties are due before delivery.
First, double check the shipper's tracking information to be sure your delivery hasn’t been delayed somehow.
If our shipper's tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, but you haven’t received it yet, please let us know as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work to resolve the issue.
Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations
Items can be returned up to 14 calendar days after the purchase date. All returned items must be undamaged and unaltered, and must include all tags and any original packaging that came with it.
Please email email@example.com to ask for a return. Please state your order number and the specific product(s) you wish to return.
It will take 1-2 weeks to process your refund once the returned items have been received. We will notify you once your returned item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
We do not provide automatic exchanges, so we suggest you return your original purchase and then purchase the item you are interested in.
If you are exchanging a product for the same model, only in a different colour, there is no need to re-purchase. We will simply ship you the product in the new colour once we receive the item you are exchanging.
Our Studio and Products
Verlein products are designed out of our studio in Vinohrady, Prague. Once the initial design of a product is complete and technical drawings and specifications are drawn up, we work with our factories to create samples. We typically work through several iterations of samples before arriving at a finished design that we are ready to move to production. While this extends the development process we want to ensure our end products meet our rigorous standards.
Verlein is committed to manufacturing only in high-quality European factories. We wish to support traditional European manufacturers and bring their unique and high-quality craftsmanship to our clients.
Our current collection is manufactured in the Spanish village of Ubrique, which is renown amongst luxury leather good companies for the quality of its traditional leatherworking workshops and factories. You can read more about this leatherworking center here and here.
Using European manufacturers also ensures adherence to EU norms and regulation on labour law and environmental standards and the European Convention on Human Rights, something that is much more difficult to track in other countries and trading blocs.
We source all of our leather from a renowned award-winning Italian tannery. We use leather that provides the best balance between visual and tactile characteristics and performance and wear and stain resistance.
Our hardware is likewise sourced primarily from European sources, and much of it has been custom designed by Verlein specifically for our products.
